Ingredients
1 cup blueberries (frozen)
1-2 strawberries (frozen)
1 banana
1 cup coconut water (or more depending you consistency preferences)
0.25 tsp ground flaxseed
0.25 tsp kale flakes
0.25 tsp beetroot powder
0.25 tsp whole dried cranberry powder
Instructions
In a blender, combine the blueberries, strawberries, banana, and coconut water.
Add the ground flaxseed, kale flakes, beetroot powder, and whole dried cranberry powder.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy the nutritious goodness of this superfood smoothie!
